Down to the studs and back: new layout, cabinets, counters, flooring, lighting and appliances, all designed to work together.
- Demo and haul-away
- Plumbing, electrical and drywall
- Appliance install
You'll see the new kitchen in 3D, with every cabinet, counter edge and light placed, before anything gets torn out. Then one team builds it: cabinets, quartz and stone, tile, lighting, plumbing and the wall you've always wanted gone. We work on Pasadena's Craftsman bungalows, Spanish Revival homes and mid-century ranches every week.

No separate cabinet shop, countertop fabricator and electrician to coordinate. We plan the whole kitchen together and run every trade on one schedule.

Built to fitShaker, inset, slab or raised panel, painted or wood. Sized to your walls with pull-outs, drawers and pantry storage that make sense for how you cook.
Templated on siteQuartz, quartzite, granite and marble, templated in your kitchen once the cabinets are set so every seam and overhang lines up.
See it firstWe measure, draw the plan and render it in 3D, then refine it with you until it's right. Samples of finishes come to your table.
Walls & layoutTake out a wall, add an island, move the sink to the window. We check what's in the wall and add beams where they're needed.
The finishing layerBacksplash tile, hood walls, wood or tile floors, recessed lights, pendants and under-cabinet LEDs that finish the look.
Bungalow Heaven and Madison Heights kitchens are often small galleys. We open them up and use inset Shaker doors and trim that suit the era.
In San Rafael and South Arroyo, think hand-painted tile, plaster hoods, arched openings and warm wood.
Hastings Ranch and Linda Vista homes suit flat-panel walnut, long runs of quartz and big windows over the sink.
Older homes often need electrical and plumbing updates. We plan them into the remodel so walls only open once.
A clear plan, a written price and a schedule before demolition starts, with one project lead you can text the whole way.
We come to your home, measure everything and talk about how you cook, host and store.
Layout, cabinets and finishes drawn and rendered, with a line-item estimate to match.
We pull the City permits, protect the house, then demo, rough-in, cabinets, counters and tile.
Final inspection, a detail-by-detail walkthrough, and the kitchen is yours.
The kitchen is where the day starts and ends. If it's fighting you, it's worth a conversation, even if you're not ready to start yet.
Small appliances eat the counter and two people can't cook at once.
Sagging doors, peeling finish and drawers that stick or fall off their tracks.
One ceiling fixture and shadows right where you chop.
The fridge door blocks the walkway and guests end up stuck in the hall.

Approximate weekday drive times from 1167 S Fair Oaks Ave. Visits are scheduled ahead, and we confirm the time by phone.
It depends on size, cabinet line, countertop material and whether walls, plumbing or gas move. After the design visit you get a written estimate broken out line by line, and we can design to a budget you set.
Design and ordering happen while you still have a working kitchen. Construction length depends on scope and cabinet lead times, and you get a written schedule before demolition starts.
Most remodels that change plumbing, electrical, gas lines or walls need a City of Pasadena building permit. We prepare the drawings, pull the permit and schedule the inspections.
Yes. We match door styles, trim profiles, tile and hardware to the era of the house while bringing in modern storage, lighting and appliances.
Most families do. We seal off the work area with dust walls, protect the floors, and help you set up a simple temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house.
Yes. You'll review floor plans and 3D renderings, plus samples of cabinet finishes, counters and tile, and sign off before anything is ordered.
